She’s adorable and I love her in this pink. Is she trying to take the hat off?

  • Hope

    Definitely!!

I love this picture. Pink is my favorite color! She wears it well. I’m also glad Grant is liking school. Logan has already told me that he tired of all the work! They have a lot more to do in first grade than kindergarten!

  • Adorable! I just love that hat!

  • Absolutely lovely. I hope you don’t take offense at this comment. This photo reminded me of my brothers and I as kids putting nylons on our heads and slowly pulling them off. We laughed uncontrolably as our faces were contorted. I bet Grant would do this for you if Mark demonstrated the technique.

Gracie is going to have a hard time picking a baby picture for her senior yearbook! She’s gorgeous!

  • I love her hat! Wherever do you find such cute accessories!???

Conversations with Grant…

…usually revolve around cars.  This afternoon it was something to do with the bus that he heard in the neighborhood dropping off the middle school kids.  I love this boy.  He is enjoying first grade and all apprehension seems to have dissolved.  He is working hard at reading, spelling and math each night.  These afternoons…

  • So sweet!

I love this picture of Grant and the one above of Grace…perfection in small moments!

location, location…

…always love to find new locations for sessions.  Gracie had her 18 month doctor appointment this morning and then we headed out to find a park a Huntsville photographer said was her favorite place to take pictures.  Well, I wasn’t so impressed with this little park.  Maybe when it’s not full of mud and the…

  • Your little girl needs to be in gymnastics. Look how she walked along that “beam”. Such a beautiful girl. Has it really been 18 months?

  • Diana

I resent the fact that my niece has a larger and much more attractive wardrobe than I do!!

  • jb

That’s what I was going to say, Diana! I will post my original thoughts anyway:

Why is my niece more stylish than I am?

  • That gal is so darn precious!!

  • Beth

What park is that? I love the stairs!

  • Cindy

I love Gracie walking on the wall!

  • I’m in love with Grace’s shoes. Adorable.

  • Ha, ha. I’m titling that one — “Grumpy Grant”. I swear the only time I wish I had a girl is when I see tights. Goodness, their cute!

  • they’re, I mean. Hate it when I do that 🙁

  • Kim M

Loved Gracie’s tights today! Super cute!

  • Diana

Looks like GW woke up on the wrong side of the bed! Love his curls!!

BTW… great Sacrament Program yesterday! The kids did a great job.

  • Hope

She was so cute in nursery! She came up to me and asked for you, then she showed me her dinosaur. Then she showed me her giraffe. She then showed me her dinosaur again. She is adorable!

And what a handsome young man Grant is!! You have a beautiful family, Kim!

  • beckik

I love the look on Gracies face in the bottom left picture! So cute.

18 months!

Grace Ann is 18 months old today!  It’s a time to celebrate…this Sunday she gets to go to nursery and we may even try library story time next week!  Oh how the time flies by…they grow up too fast! Mom: Gracie is very fun!  She loves all the girly things like putting on my shoes,…

I have just recovered from my heart attack over Gracie’s cuteness in skirt and pink shoes. I can’t believe she is already headed for nursery . . . we’ll blink our eyes and she and Susie will be headed for BYU. 😉

  • Natalie

Hooray, Nursery! That is a great day! These are adorable 18 month pictures, sure makes me miss being around her.

  • “She’s cute and fluffy” — that is precious. She looks ready to conquer the world, Kim. My fav pic is the last one where you are looking down on her. Just the way she has her legs splayed under her is just so sweet. So what are going to do with all of your freedom at church? I mean, I can hardly imagine.

  • Hope

Can’t say it enough… She’s adorable! I love those big happy eyes, too.

  • Jen

Happy 1/2 Birthday, Gracie! I’d say everyone needs a cookie to celebrate!

    Adorable pictures.

  • Kim M

That skirt is just too cute. And yes… they do grow up way too quickly!

  • Lori

What a simply joyous post! How she will treasure such journaling about her, from each of you, someday I’m sure! Beautiful!

  • These are so adorable- so colorful and full of life, just like Grace!
