Awwww, Destin. Our annual trip was wonderful, relaxing and beautiful. Even though we had taken an extended vacation this summer, this little one was eagerly anticipated and needed by all. I love this place and it’s one of my favorite things about living in the South! We enjoyed new beaches, each other, a fun bike ride, eating out, shopping and watching the kids run, play, dig and dig. I discovered one of my favorite times on the beach is early in the morning. The kids were covered head to toe each day in sand, Mark said they looked like sugar coated donuts. There were a lot of jellyfish this year and Grace even got stung by one, but that didn’t stop her from having a good time!

Carolyn - What a beautiful family…we did Destin when I was about 10 and I’ve never seen such white beautiful sand! Our Texas beaches have brown sand and water! I want to be able to photograph my family like you. Gotta start training!
