January 8, 2010 - 11:07 am Amy - I think snow makes everything so pretty and cozy. I like to enjoy it from my warm house looking out the window. Enjoy it while it lasts!

January 8, 2010 - 11:29 am Dana - Where in the world did you get that big chunk of ice??

January 8, 2010 - 11:52 am Hope - Second to the last pic with the sharp snowflakes is awesome!! I have enjoyed it actually looking like winter instead of just feeling like it!

January 8, 2010 - 12:04 pm Sara - Yikes!!! I bet someone is thinking HAWAII right now!

January 8, 2010 - 2:33 pm Anna - WOW! Snowing in Alabama?!!! That's incredible. I loved those shots of the ice crystals up close. I like snow when it comes and surprises you like that. It's really fun that way- I think Oregon snow is kind of like that (although snow in Alabama may be even more of a surprise huh). On the other hand, I feel like the snow here in Utah always "overstays its welcome". There's just a little too much of it! :) Love your pics as always.

January 9, 2010 - 12:54 am Pamela - We definitely get none of that by me here in Los Angeles. It's too bad because snow makes for such beautiful pictures :) I LOVE those macro shots of the snow & ice crystals! Your kiddos look adorable all bundled up too. Love your photos as always!

January 9, 2010 - 6:23 pm Jessica M - Your post title made me laugh. Really like that last picture!

January 10, 2010 - 1:42 am beckik - Dang...look at those macros! I love how ou've captured the crystals that form the snowflakes. They are amazing! Oh, and I wanted to let you know that if you want, I can call or email a few of the fun points of a road trip. :) I think I wrote that last post in the middle of my recovery from the drive. :) WIth Grace being bigger, you'd probably be alright! I've heard the southern route is very pretty.

January 10, 2010 - 5:43 pm Lori - Especially great micros....those snow flakes look as sharp as the cold! Hope you're enjoying some extra coziness inside!
